Ways to take the pill

Sub lingually: You place it under the tongue and wait 8 years for it to dissolve.

That makes me think: isn't there an implant or something so that we don't have to swallow those pills constantly?
Or perhaps a patch, like a nicotine one. That way estrogen will be absorbed more evenly.

Uhhh.... well conventionally those are the only two ways people tend to take estrogen pills.

The druggie in me feels compelled to point out plugging, snorting, crushing filtering then shooting... but realllllllly, I strongly recommend against doing any of those.

Pick swallowing or sublingually, they're both fine.

I'm totally going to try snorting my estrogen now. I'm going to have the most feminine looking nose ever. Haha. (Kidding here.)

I just swallow my estrogen. I asked my doctor about sublingual but she advised against it telling me that it was meant to be swallowed.

If it is micronized then under the tongue.  Otherwise just shallow.
