I am 75% sure I am decided on Alice, but I want to think of other possibilities just in case.  Her personality is really playful and she is wild and goofy. 

I like Hazel but I dunno if it fits.  I prefer "people" names, rather then like, smokey, or cookie or something.

any ideas?

"Aella" (Αελλα in Ancient Greek) - Transliterated from Greek meaning "Whirlwind". In Greek myth this was the name of an Amazon warrior killed by Herakles during his quest for Hippolyta's girdle.  Pronounced Ella I believe.  Short, simple, effective and actually meant to be a female name.

Trying for human names that are simple but not too ordinary.  The girl deserves something a little special to go along with her fun personality.

Only problem for me is it reminds me of the awful TV show "Sabrina The Teenage Witch" featuring that horrible-looking animatronic talking black cat.  As such at least you're not going with "Salem".
