Hi Niji,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here. Although you have been in the community a long time, you probably know much of it back to front.

I'm sorry you are currently going through a bad patch. Although you mentioned you are unemployed, is there a possibility you can get to see a therapist through some public health or community organisation? Just talking about your issues can give clarity to situations you thought hopeless. We are after all a large family here, many willing to take time just to listen, if you have the time to tell.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

A therapists are big no no. I already got locked up in a madhouse once, don't want to go again there. Our health system believes it's easier to lock someone, than to help him/her. I lost my trust in "professional help" but, in fact, I do not need that. I'm not ill. I just need a friend.

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS
