For MTF, pre surgery, is it possible to have an orgasm without a penile erection and ejaculation?

"Yes . . . omg, yes!"

You want to explain how perhaps?

When you're MTF the little thing down there isn't all that important. Expand your mind to include the possibilities of using any and all erogenous zones...for example, think of the penis as a super-size clit...

And go from there.

Your skin and whole body become more sensitive.  Breasts and nipples become erogenous zones.  Stimulation of nipples can lead to a response deep within the abdomen which is hard to describe, but pleasurable.

The former penis doesn't lose any sensitivity, and can still feel very good when stimulated.
Some folks like to have their prostate stimulated, but that's not my thing.

Of course, like natal women, it can take a while to be aroused.
What I like is that being aroused can be very pleasant without any urgency to get to an orgasm.
You know it will be there eventually but there is no requirement to "get it over with".

Since you don't ejaculate there is no refractory period and multiple orgasms are possible.

Very, Very different.  Most of us seem to like it a lot better than the old way
