You know as we start to fill out on HRT it is really important to get the right bra fitted. When I was last  in the United Kingdom, I went to Mark & spencer - my favourite place for lingerie and had another bra fitting. My problem as I suspect with others is a broad back but small breasts. So I take a 40A size and I have a bra extender I purchased in a local store in Torbay (the big stores dont seem to have them).

This is two can recommend from Marks & Spencer. They also on line shopping.

If you are a little bigger - they also do 42A and 44A. I like this nicely padded lace all over bra from them

The beauty of the latter is they very sheer at just 7 Denier and perfect for showing off waxed legs. I like the nude or cocoa colours best

There is a women's underthings supplier on the Internet at www.herroom.com. I have purchased bras and panties there, they are very good folks to deal with. When you click on bras you may go down the left side of the page and shop by style, type or even by band and cup size. They have a large collection of bras with a variety of band sizes and cup sizes from A to G. I've bought several from them and am a fan of the Rhonda Shear Aah Bra collection. I'm in between a real B and C so I bought a flesh tone and a black bra both with underwires, they really do it for me.
