Just this past year I started going to college again and I found a support group known as Spectrum. "CPCC Spectrum if your looking on FB. We are based out of Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is an LGBTIQ group for students who either want to volunteer, are looking for friends, or just need someone to talk to. The group is just starting out but I have been warmly welcomed as a transexual individual despite not being able to show myself for who I wish to be yet. Our motto is "Everyone is welcome." While according to the school we arent allowed to accept non-students as members, unofficially we welcome anyone and everyone. We do volunteer work around the community but we also take time to get to know the people in our group personally. (I know most people do in groups but I mean that we have proffesional meeetings and personal ones.) If your interested then look us up or talk to me on here, im going to try and check Susans at the least once every other day. (as it is im on here every few hours. lol) And if anyone seeing this would like to link an organization with ours then please talk to us! We want to expand beyond the school someday.
