metoidioplasty, pumping Qs

Hey guys. So the last time i talked on here i was talking about having chest surgery. well things r done and healing well im happy with the results and i will add pics once i get a chance. But i want to talk about bottom surgery.

Im about 90% sure i want a metoidioplasty over the phalloplasty. what i really wanned to ask was r there any gd surgeons in the UK? and if i start pumping would it make much of a diff iv seen some crazy realistic ones on the web that look like they can only be achieved  by pumping. ? and could i pump after having the surgery. (of course not straight after)  but can u still get it any bigger after surgery.  if anyone has had this done and happy to tell me there results i would be very grateful thanks guys and girls

yes pumping does make it bigger and most surgeons suggest it be done before because it makes it easier to work with like the bigger your head the better the urethra placement and so on. you can pump afterwards and its still beneficial but not as much so as beforehand.

Most surgeons do suggest regular pumping.  They also typically want you to be on T a minimum of 2 years before surgery.

Also, I know that Mr Christopher (from the London team) atleast, does to Meta, though I dont know how difficult it is to obtain funding for it, as Ive heard it is much more difficult to go this route as opposed to phalloplasty throught the NHS. But I have seen pictures of a meta done by him and it was good. The guy did pump pre op. He pumped the "whole area", not just the penis. He claimed it helped with the insertion of the testicular prosthesis and the realism of the sack. Though this sounds completely reasonable, it is the only guy Ive heard of doing this. (But then again,  I dont hear much about meta...)

Thanks guys i was thinking of buying a pump but wasnt to sure if it really works but i have hard that it helps with size alot. so i think i will spend a little on myself and get one.
