I've taken one tiny little step on my journey. I got my ears pierced! I wanted to do it for so long and was always worrying what people might think. OK...Most of you are thinking so what. It's not like you have to be a woman to have pierced ears. Lot of men have them, even manly men. But it's a big deal for me. I think I would have had my ears pierced when I was 10 or 12 if I was a girl. Now days I think girls get them done when they are 5. I feel like I missed out on years of being able to wear them. But it's done...I feel great about it and I can get rid of all those torturous clip-ons I've bought over the years. Just feeling a tiny bit closer.

This was a big step for me too! So I feel you!!! In fact, somehow in my mind, I worked this up to be more serious than HRT (no need to tell me how silly that is) I started HRT a few weeks before I got my ears pierced.
