You don't say how long you had been on HRT before SRS...
Also AGE and of course your genetic predisposition will all come into it.
I expect you to be a lot younger. At 66, I was 2 years on HRT before SRS and had 38A breast size.
As for continuing anti-androgens...
I did continue for a VERY short while at 1/4 tabs of SPIRO, more for my blood-pressure really. In my case it did NOTHING for me, so I discontinued it.
As for E...
I'm now on 'upper normal' menopause-level, and if I take more I feel like getting vasomotor symptoms, bad sleep, night sweats, irritability etc.
It is the same actually as if one would be off E, if one takes too much for what our system is OK with.
No Endo will EVER be able to tell you the EXACT amounts, as every person reacts ever so differently. In the end - you will have to figure it out by yourself - BUT it sure helps to have someone (Endo) to interpret your blood test results.
If your E is between 200 - 400 pmol/l you ought to be fine.
Lastly have your SHBG tested also, as this often tends to go up with oral E, binding too much free T, creating low energy and low libido in its wake.
