There are lots of places I would like to visit. On the list, I picked India. They've managed to preserve much of their Pleistocene wildlife in spite of a huge population and a civilization that is both ancient and modern. They have also preserved their unique culture virtually intact in spite of globalization.
The USA is on my list but not at the top, as US culture is so pervasive, via movies, TV programmes, magazines and fast food outlets, that I almost feel as though I already live there.
