therapists in north western Minnesota?

living in the middle of fraking nowere really sucks when your transgenderd X.X i really have no idea were to start, i kinna remeber trying to look it up ages ago and i think the closest was in fargo, nearly an hour away from me but thats in north dakota, and i never really got around to seeing a thereapist, but my life has hit the meatgrinder latley and i cant wait any longer, i NEED to talk to someone, i just dont know how to find them. help? please?
