Butterfly

Hello, I am butterfly, a trans-girl from the Netherlands.  I found your website while doing some research on gender reassignment surgery.  I have been on estrogen for over five years now, and had FFS in America (California) three years ago.  I want to schedule my gender reassignment in America or Canada of next year.  I would be thankful for any information you can share with me.  Thank you.

Welcome to Susan's B.
There is a whole forum just for GRS/SRS topics so I am sure you will find lots of info there.
Take a peek around and get to know the others. There are many here to talk to and compare info with.

Hi, Butterfly!

Welcome to Susans!  There's a lot for you to look at here.

Please take a moment to read the Terms Of Service.

https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,2.msg27408.html#msg27408

The biggest one is no posting HRT dosage information here.  You can talk ABOUT spironolactone -- what effects it has, etc. -- you just can't post how much you/your friend/someone you know are taking.  This is to keep Susan's 'clean' and on-the-air.

Pull up a chair and make yourself comfortable  ;D

Welcome, Butterfly!

I'm happy you found us and decided to join!

And I enjoy your proverbs, even though they are in Dutch, I can pick out what most of them mean because I read German.  Some of the sayings are identical to what I heard from my parents and grandparents years ago!

I'll be looking forward to reading more from you and am again happy to say,

WELCOME ! ! :)

We don't know you yet, so why not post the information here on the site for anyone who might be looking?

Susan, guess what I meant was that if Butterfly had any specific questions about Montreal I'd be happy to answer them.

My recent experience with Brassard was very good, surgical result excellent, and I'm so pleased I chose Canada. But I know there have been certain issues with the post surgery clinical arrangements since the "communal" Maison De L'Isle shut its doors.

I'll contribute more of my experiences in the surgery section as topics arise ...
