Hey all! Lately I've been working hard to improve my life and so far I've been doing pretty well.
I've got a full-time job, working towards getting my high school diploma (I didnt graduate), and have been getting a lot healthier (quitting weed and smoking)
When I was little I used to participate in judo and I was pretty good at it but I havent done it in a long time. I miss it and I want to get back into it and get my black belt someday (the things you can do after you quit smoking

).
But the club I went to when I was little knew me as a girl, and now I'm a guy and want to train and compete as a guy. I'm afraid that they won't let me train and compete with the other guys because I'm biologically female. I was wondering if any of you knew about how to go about being a transgender athlete, and if you are one, what were your experiences?
Any and all comments are much appreciated. I really want to get back into judo and be strong and healthy again, but I'm hesistant because of the whole being transgender thing. Thanks for reading and I look forward to your replies
