You're not a skinny person. I don't want to be mean, but you actually look like you're overweight.

Barely an AA after two years sounds pretty unlikely for you, with that body type, at your age. You should look - with the help of your endo, of course - into your HRT regimen, blood levels, etc. I think it's very likely that it's inadequate. Not enough T suppression, not enough E, delivery method not right for you... the reasons can be many. But I think it's likely that something's off in your HRT.

If everything seems in order (and don't just ask your endo whether it's in order - sometimes they have a completely different idea of "in order" than basic logic - ask them to tell you the details of everything) with your blood tests, then perhaps ask about other delivery methods. For some people, pills work best. For others, it's transdermal. For others (even though I'm not a fan of that method because of the spikes it gives) it's injections. Some people don't have much results with this or that anti-androgen. Etc.

You could put that money in an investment/savings account and let it grow by a few percents until you see what a corrected HRT regiment does for you for a year or two, assuming your HRT needs to be changed, and decide afterwards.

And if your breasts could still grow, it's pretty much the worst idea in the world to get a breast augmentation. Things don't tend to grow normally when there's a freaking balloon in the middle of them.

Even assuming that your breasts have reached their maximum development and everything is in order except that you're unlucky, which I doubt is the case, I don't advise a breast augmentation.

-It's not permanent. You need a new surgery every 10(?) years to change the implant, with the annoyance and spending it implies.
-Breasts are easy to fake through various means, from socks in a bra to full-fledged breast forms. Even just clothing can have impressive effects sometimes. Face, however, on top of being one of the top gender cues, isn't so easy to work with or make better with make-up and whatnot. I still have zero breasts - yes, my HRT is wrong for now - yet I mostly pass thanks to my female voice and androgynous face, despite my entirely male name.

Though, I don't want to rub it in, but before considering any cosmetic surgery, I think you should concentrate on your weight. Maybe even invest that money in a private trainer or something. Because having a better weight can have near-miraculous, unexpected effects on any part of your body - only you don't know which and to what extent. It might change your perception of this or that part requiring surgery or not.

No legitimate surgeon would perform plastic surgery on someone who is significantly overweight anyway.

True, there are almost always weight limits on elective surgeries, at least I saw them while doing srs research.... don't know if it is the same for ffs, but I would guess it is a function of anasthesia (sp).

FFS would seem to be by far the most important thing for passing, I'd think. Good luck!

I happen to actually be happy with my weight my goal weight was 210 from 306. I am now 202 and have no desire to loose more. It is unfourtante that everyone is still buying into the, you have to be skinny montra that surrounds this society. I am almost 4 months post op and had zero issues with being "Fat","Obese","overweight" ect.. seeing as how i cannot ask anyone on here if my dosages are correct i have to assume what my dr tells me is correct for me. I do not know any post op girls period except on here and i am not allowed to ask that question. I have had consultations with 3 different local surgeons whom never once mentioned weight as a factor. Smoking yes, weight no.
There is no money to save as i stated earlier it is from care credit which is a comestic surgery financing company.

First congratz on the weight loss. I know it's not easy.

From the picture you posted, I'd consider getting the loose skin under your chin tightened up? My best friend lost a lot of weight and now she is going to need some extra skin tighened/removed here and there. PLEASE don't be offended but I think you would be more attractive doing this than anything else you listed.

BTW that flash shot of you and your friend is not very flattering, the avatar shot is MUCH nicer. From that shot IF I was gonna recommend any FF would be maybe some minor nose work to fem it up some?

I don't see major brow issues from these shots and like someone else said, BA just isn't a great idea for a lot of reasons. Before mine finally grew some, I just threw a "pals" pushup in mine which adds about a cup size. Very comfortable, they don't move around or get clammy etc. I'd much prefer that to a temp one inside my body that needs to be swapped out and the dmg that would do etc.

In the end though, you should "fix" whatever you see you don't like in the mirror. the main reason to do anything is to please yourself and give yourself more self confidence.

The cut you got is very flattering for you. I hope you tipped the stylist well :)
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

this. that style looks very feminine on you.

I would go with the brow+rhinoplasty, I know it's different for other people, but it's worthwhile to invest in one's face/voice than breasts that people don't usually see.
I can see me
I can see you
Are you me?
Or am I you?

Keep in mind that once post op, increased breast growth has been noted by a number of women. I'd give it a little more time before I spent the money on a BA.

And your new avatar is looking good, its a great hairstyle for you.  :)

funny thing is those pictures are about 12 hours apart(the one with my sister and my avatar). That is a human hair wig i still have a very receded hairline and was hoping forehead surgery would fix this hairline. I hate wearing wigs they are so expensive $199 every three months is getting to me. But as with everyone thinking people have to be thin to be attractive people also attribute breasts with feminenity i wear masectomy silicon forms and masectomy bras to give me a 44D which looks good on my frame. But these forms SWEAT bad and have an odor after a 12hour workday that repluses me. I have considered other means (stuffing, ect) but they just dont have the realism i want. That is where my debate is i am approved for one surgery but not two and BA and Forehead/Brow are about the same price it will take me years to pay this off so the decision i make has to be the best for me for the next 8-10 years. This is the reason i am asking this question. unless it magically falls off i will not loose anymore wieght i am very happy with myself now i weigh less now at 39 then i did when i was 20 by a considerable amount.

Well, if you're happy with your weight, that's quite fine. Around 200, depending on your height, it may not be too bad. From what I remember, as long as you're taller than ~173 cm, you're out of obesity, which is a great goal achieved. ^^

Now, for your hormone dosages, there's a trick. We're not allowed to discuss the dosage of your pills (in grams), but we can discuss your blood hormone levels (in pmol/L or pg/mL for example), and that's the main indicator of how adequate your HRT is.

But really, don't take this lightly. I ZERO recommend doing any corrective surgery (except SRS for which I don't think it matters much) before you know for sure that your hormone levels are adequate and have been for a good year at least. Especially breasts. You'd regret it.

I was still flat chested after 5 years of HRT. Estrogen levels have always been high. In the summer, every women in my office had a bit of cleavage showing. Damned if I was going wear external fake breasts or push up bras. Personally, BA was a huge confidence booster. That was 13 years ago. They haven't exploded or leaked or needed replacement. I don't have an aversion to having 'foreign' objects stuck in my body. If it was a choice between brow and BA, it would have to be brow. But I had the choice and went for both.

BTW, you're looking really good in the avatar picture.

I suggest waiting on BA till a year has passed since SRS. Before SRS, I was on the low end of a B Cup, I ended up going from that to a 40 C. I commend you on your weight loss and as a curvy/thick girl myself you go girl!!, be comfortable in your own skin, thin to me isn't cute what so ever. so do you girl. Don't let others get you down. have you tried Victoria secret's bras? they have a great push-up bra that adds 2 full cup sizes.

I gained about 10 lbs from when I started HRT (I am gonna blame it on my boobs :P) but everyone has said I have a LOT more girly shape now that I have put on some weight. I don't believe many trans girls can pull off being extra thin given our bone structure. A little fat covers up a lot of "problems". I'm 175lbs,  right at 6' 0" tall so am not over weight but given today's obsession with anorexic looking models, I'm sure I would seem fat to some people.
  •

Uhm, to be overweight at 175, you'd need to be shorter than that. Unless you have the most unlucky fat distribution ever (like, trollolol, all on the belly, I don't care about your hormones, I'm comfy there) I can hardly see how people could see you as too fat...

Well, it all depends. I, for example, a few more pounds off and I'm underweight if I listen to BMI, but I still have a pretty decent amount of fat sitting around my waist, and waist and belly fat isn't exactly healthy. And no one but my mother (who has always been from a little overweight to slightly obese, and has always seen me as overweight before) would qualify me as thin, ever. xD I guess that means my bones aren't nearly as heavy as I thought. :p I wish I lose most of it and then gain some weight back once my HRT dose is increased to a "something happens" point. That sounds like it would be kind to fat distribution.

Anyway, still. Back to you. I seriously doubt it concerns you. Yeah, while I sometimes frown reading about people who are clearly obese and go all "anorexic models!" as some kind of excuse, you're far from that. I frown just as much at "omg so fat" when the person just isn't underweight. Though I admit I've kind of been contaminated, too. I mostly find people who are a little underweight (but not anorexic-thin, eh!) more beautiful. But for that I blame anime characters. >.<"

And by significantly overweight, I mean obese. A good way to screen out quacks is to eliminate any doctor who would perform elective surgery on anyone.
