How do you post pictures?

when i try to put in a picture. what do i do?

You have to use an image hosting site, there are lots of them. I use Photobucket.

You need to put the url of the image in between the two codes - like this:

[ img]http://www.yoxi.net/anitya/dawlish-bike-shop.jpg[ /img]

(I've used the codes with added spaces to make them appear here...)
