Seriously old thread, but incredibly helpful. lol I have the 983 from underworks, and had to cut some off from the bottom as it was cuttin into my rips and curling up. I also had to cut a layer of the compression off, as I ordered a size smaller, to get more binding, which was not a good idea. But I didn't wanna send it back, it was my only binder at the time.
I now, also have the 997, which is incredible comfy. BUT I've got wide hips and it rolls up into my stomach, so I use prosthetic glue to glue it down at the bottom and it works great. Doesnt move. I do have to adjust every few hours tho, but the uniboobage is significantly less. My fav so far. I've lost 40 pounds, so I need a smaller on now.
I also need a everyday one though, as I've been using the modified 983 (above), and its so stretched out and dirty looking now.
I really don't like the idea of velcro, because of the sound issue and the possibility of it coming loose. Scares me. But I see alot of good reviews about the Loveboat jersey mesh velcro binder.
