Well maybe not first. But I did the first steps in medical transition. I tried to get ahold of a endocrinologist and Dr. Garramone. I actually got ahold of Dr. Garramone's office. I asked upper age for top surgery and they said "never had the question before". I feel this is excellent as they must have had thousands of questions. :)  They will be back with me. I put in a call at the endocrinolgist. I want to see someone who is actually at a low cost clinic if they will take someone at full rate. (He is very open and everyone thinks he's wonderful. AND he is informed consent, which I am kind of for because I am for this generally) So I am waiting for a call back.
However, my therapist will sign the letter if I need it. :)

I feel good (and nervous) that I am actually doing something and not just talking.
BTW, started saving for top surgery!
