Seb

I've been on this site for a short while now, been posting a bit and I decided to give a full introduction.

My name's Sebastian, and I'm 19, finished one semester of college but have no plans on going back, just because I'm not as passionate about a degree as I used to be. I'm an FtM, and I live in sort of a small city in an apartment with the love of my life and our gecko. Life's pretty good as I see it, but I haven't really been transitioning fully, involving testosterone and etc. I will start seeing a therapist once I get back on my health insurance, which covers the cost. I've felt like a man for really as long as I can remember, but I never knew there was a name for that--I didn't even know what a "->-bleeped-<-" was, forgive the language. I thought it was just a man who wore female clothes--boy, was I mistaken! Once I started college, this world was opened up to me and I could finally transition. Now I know all the terms and am fully in the community--and I love it. This world is so much more open than my small, sheltered one that I was raised in. I love all of the people and this site is my favorite place for resources and to fully delve into the community.

Anyway, I guess that's all there is to me, but here, I'll post some before and after pics.

Hi Sebastian, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 8900 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Hi and welcome.

It sounds like you are in a good place at the moment, and if you have a partner who is supportive it makes a big difference.

The way I see it everybody is transitioning all their life, it's just that most don't realise it.  At least we have a destination, which can make life more certain in some ways.  We have to find out who we really are, and can't just drift through life.

Post away and hope to hears more from you.

Karen.

Thanks! Karen, you are very right about "everyone is transitioning." That's a nice piece of advice to sort of live by, so to speak. Thanks again!

Hi Sebastian, glad you found us! You ought to think about continuing with school, so many of us wish we had a college education but never find the time. See you around, hugs, Devlyn
