I am Sara (duh)  I am a m2f trans not yet on HRT due to family circumstances. In therapy for almost a year now and trying to learn to live with this and other issues. Life I guess.
Anyway I am glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you all and to be an active participant in the conversations that pop up here.
