My goals change day by day, I so want to be a woman at the moment, that HRT GRS ans FFS are all I want, to intergrate into society and be a happy woman.

Yes, but I mean having a positive attitude about it and enjoying what I do have.  I have been focusing lately on SRS, which has really had me depressed lately since it hasn't happened yet.

I agree as well, that I want to be happy and enjoy life and also to move past the transsexul label and be accepted as a woman.
