From behind her stall in Moore Street this ould ones hails this struggling heavily pregnant young one dragging a restive toddler in tow while pushing a pram on the cobble-stones with two crying wains and her shopping in it.
-"Let me tell you something lassy, would you like to know the secret about the cheapest and surest form of contraception?"
Interested, the young harrassed mother stops.
-"Are you jocking? Of course. For sure I wouldn't mind at all."
-"Well lassy, take my advice: It's simple, Paracetamol is your only man! Allways did the trick for me!"
Not too sure the young coleen answers:
-"Come-on bean mhór, you're pulling me leg. Paracetamol? I allways thought that faking a headache was the best way. But for the good it did me.  Anyway Paracetamol you say... and how much of it?"
-"One single tablet is enough, dead cert, garanteed, never fails!"
Surprised the young lass asks:
-"Ah! one single tablet? you're sure? and who takes it? me or him? and when? before or after?"
Triumphantly the ould one bellows:
-"No! no! you don't take it! for dire life, you hold it tight between your knees!" >
