what do you mean ... how do you give yourself one? How often? .... all of this should have been told to you by your doctor and a nurse should have taught you how to give yourself a shot

If you haven't talked to a doctor yet, the process to start T depends entirely on what country you are in. Then, you have to decide if you want to use your country's health care system or find a doctor on your own, or if you live the United States, you have a few different options you can consider to think about things and get started.

If there's a LGBT center near you or a trans* support group of some kind, that would be a good place to start--either in your state/province/etc., or in your country.

Also, the ->-bleeped-<-yeahftms tumblr seems to have regular "Anyone know a doctor in _____" posts on it, though I don't know how often anyone actually gets any help there.

Agreeing with the previous replies.

Your doctor will definitely explain all of this, and if they don't, just explain that you haven't given yourself a shot before.
Your post makes me worry that you're self medicating yourself or something, please don't do anything unwise and always be sure to get a doctor involved when you're messing with your hormones.

Basically you take the needle, you put the T in it, then you stab yourself.  I don't want to go into too much detail because this sounds a little sketch... don't self medicate, it's risky.
