Recently I've been having hot flashes and I get terrible allergic reactions to sudden temperature change. Anyways, they've become like regular towards the last 2 days of my weekly T cycle and it's rather annoying. I've never had this happen prior to the last month or so.
Is this normal? Should I just ignore it and move on, or is this endocrinologist worthy?
