Im 4months on T now and its really getting to me lately, Im a lot more irritated and pissed off at things. And its really at everything including everything everyone around me does. My mood is jus crap and all of this/the change is seemingly due to nothing.

Sounds like you're going through some major changes and there may be some stress associated with that. Foam rubber brick, hon? I've got hundreds. Hugs, Devlyn

My Endo told me Tuesday to expect things of that nature to happen. The problem isn't that it's happening, it's how you react to the situation. Regardless of how annoyed we seemingly get over "nothing" it's our reactions to the situations that can make or break relationships with others.

I've resolved in myself to walk away. Everyone knows the feeling when they're about to blow. Just find some time to yourself to evaluate the situation before reacting to it. Even if you're in public you can excuse yourself to the restroom and just hang out in the stall until you've cooled off or know what you want to say.

Yep, that totally happened to me too.  For me, it started within  a few months on T, and then it ended by 6 months on T.  I think the change in my hormone levels caused it, and then once my hormones leveled out, I cooled down. So it could be the same for it, give it a few more months and it could go away.

I never had that big of an issues dealing with it, that is I never hit anyone.  I know how to walk away when I'm pissed off.  but I still just didn't like feeling that way.
My doctor told me to keep a calendar of when I get my shots and when I feel more irritable, in case there's a correlation. And for me there was, my doctor told me to lower my dose, which made things worse, so then I upped my dose, and either that helped, or by then it just went away on its own.

There are a lot of side effects that can come from fluctuations in your hormone levels. I've noticed things just from switching on or off from nutritional supplements that were precursors to T. I've also noticed smaller things from things like finasteride. But once I'm on it consistently or off it consistently, that seemed to end it. Have you talked to your endo about smaller dosages more frequently or something like that which might help to keep it at a more consistent level?

Also, I think Devlyn has a point. Maybe it's not that. While you're experiencing some rapid changes, you're likely to be more on edge. That should be transient. I'm no doctor fo sho.

I get the same thing.  It's just puberty, man.
