Is it possibly to have growth pains at 30? ???

Dunno, my hip likes to hurt like a Batch. I need to get osteopathy adjustments from time to time and get more exercise / muscles on that side of the body.

I'm getting the same thing at your age.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

I had a dull ache around my lower back/hip area, as well as the bit where leg meets hip.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean anything though, I'm way to old for any changes to occur. :embarrassed:

That's what I was thinking Siobhan   :-\  A girl can dream though?

It might just be age, unfortunately. Even at 19 I'm already experiencing lower back/hip pain. Most days it's dull or just is in constant pain so I never notice it but some days I can't even physically walk.

Not sure if I'm gonna make it to 90.

That reminds me that I have a table of exercise for the lower back, for strenghtenint and preventing extra lower back pain. Now I only need for the shop to bring foam rollers again...

I'm 30 too, and I am taking it as a warning to start being more careful with my body.

It doesn't feel like join pain... like grinding or anything... just feels... peculiar  and it's not very long lasting.  Doesn't seem bad to me.. just, well, noticeable sometimes.

You have a lot of youth too you. Good for you. :D

But as long as it doesn't feel like joint pain or anything and doesn't bother you, well, then you probably don't have to worry.
