OK so I called my insurance, cigna, and checked on whether they cover srs and it sounds like they do or at least they cover the code I gave them(though I'm not sure 100% if it's the right code - 57292). Anyone know if this is generally the right code?
Should I go with Marci Bowers? I emailed her office and got paperwork I need to fill out but how do I really decide whether to go with her?
I guess I won't know if this is really covered unless I do get a doctor to request the approvals. Thoughts?
