Some of you may remember an 'accident' I had a few years back when I set fire to my microwave
The fire brigade came, I was dressed as me, I wasn't FT I wasn't even leaving the house as me.
The fire guys were great and very supportive and even dropped off some flowers the next day, which was very very nice.
Fast forward to today
So I was having pasta for lunch, Mmm garlic bread would go well with this. I have some in the freezer. I'll put it in the microwave on fanforced convection high temp so its ready quickly.
So the fire brigade were around pretty quickly, I had put the flames out with my home extinguisher. The house next door was having an open inspection and the real estate agent had called the fire brigade when my alarm went off and smoke was billowing out of the back door.
It was the same crew and they said they recognised the house, the captain who brought the flowers was as cute as ever and told me I was looking great, and we had a nice chat as we filled in the forms.
One of the crew did suggest that maybe I should live on take away, I think he was joking
but maybe not
