Does it make a difference if to take Spiro or estriadol at different time intervals during the day or both at the same time?

Mine is twice daily.  I take my thyroid an hour before eating and the rest of the pills in the morning.  If your on thyroid, estradiol or the other estrogens will not work as well if taken together.  My doses may be reduced or eliminated soon.  I got a potentally hazardous condition that is being diagnosed.  HRT usage and thyroid along with a dozen other things are indicated as cause.  However, this condition has been going on for 15 years in a milder state mimicking another harmless condition.  I got an appointment with a specialist next week.

My T level is currently 124 ng./dl as of Wednesday.  My Dr. said it is still low despite taking a full dosage.  But high for a woman.  My liver, kidney, potassium are OK.

That's interesting as I am on estrodot patches twice weekly, Sandrena daily and thyroid tablets daily. I will try the 2 hours interval between the thyroid and Sandrena and see if there is any improvement

Joanne,

The delivery on the patch is different and may not effect the thyroid pill because of the slow release of the estrogen in your system.  Keep on your schedule.  You're doing fine.  Be patient.
