Finally did it!

Well, I came out to my sister tonight.  After a rocky few years, mostly job related, I just hit rock bottom, no car no job, on the verge of homelessness.  For some reason this has given me the courage to do it.  She was very accepting.  It wasn't all tears and roses but it was a huge weight off my shoulder.  I always knew she would, she is a lesbian, but I worried.  Next step is talking to the Brother I live with.  Tomorrow?

That first coming out having a positive support brings such relief and Happiness, it is energizing and you just want to shout out your freedom. Congratulations and may you always have positive results in telling your valued relationships that you feel sharing who you are.
