STOP.

You are risking very serious damage by self medicating. Go to a Dr and get help.

These drugs can damage you very quickly. You liver can be damaged and you have no idea what your base levels are.

Everyone is different and we react to these hormones differently. I was on a common oestrogen pill and it very nearly lead to damage in weeks.  There is a large school of thought that progesterone is harmful or none beneficial for MtF.

You have of course had a bone scan? Liver function tests and your Vitamin B levels are OK? Your Calcium levels are good and your thyroid function? You have also been checked for diabetes and the family history of breast carcinoma has been checked?
Do you have one two three generation breast cancer? You have been checked for BRAC1/2? Is there a history of testicular cancer or prostatic cancer, and you are taking all this into account?

Go to a medic, this is no joke.

Oh you are taking Spiro as well so what  is your BP and urinary output? How often are you checking them?

Do you suffer from depression and what co-morbidities do you have? What other medications legal or recreational are you taking?

I hate to sound mean but you are asking for a train wreck.

Hey cindy thanks for your reply and you are being nice

i have not taken any kind of test and i have not gone to a doctor yet

thing is what i want to reduce testosterone and slightly increase oestrogen because i don't want ''boobs''

so what would you recommend me do to achieve that the right way?

Thanks
;)

StarPixie,

I can answer that.  Go see a doctor.  One can not take estrogen and expect to not get boobs.

We do not, in good conscience, talk about the hows of self-medicating.  It is dangerous.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me
