hormones and changes if you go off of it

I know if someone starts hormones and then stops them after 6 months or even a year some things are not permanent, are reversible.

I know that fat that has redistributed will go back to the way it was.
I am guessing the skin might go back to the way it way.
Breasts probably decrease or look like man boobs, mboobs.
What about the family jewels down below that shrunk on hormones?  Will they stay small, I heard they go down to a quarter of the original size on hormones.  Or, will they restore some size?  The advantage of being small is girls underwear, panties etc would fit better.

No one has had to go off hormones after 6 months or year  for work reasons, financial or family related issues or crisis?  No one here has ever had take a step back and had a delay in transition?

I did.
Let me explain, I was on hrt in 92-94(ie.24-26 years old) on IM injections on and off, through black market and M.D. I got good feminization, breasts, skin, bodywise(ie.tanner stage 3), had to stop due to money/work issues. Fast forward to 2012(ie.44 years old), I'm on the patch, this time under M.D. supervision. I definitely have solid A cups permanently, but my fat distribution reverted back and my sperm count plummeted, very low, but my testosterone levels came back to normal male levels. Funny thing, pre hrt I lost 20 lbs(ie. 200lbs to 180lbs) within 1 1/2 months, 5 days into mtf hrt and my body won't budge even a pound, or barely a pound. I've noticed though that 2 days into hrt, I was extremely mellow compared to my roadrage pre hrt, I started feeling sensitive in my nipples and warm on my chest area, and started feeling hard nodules under my breasts. I'm kind of figuring that I will start from my A size and progress to B within a year, since I already a size A, hoping for C(ie.I know maybe wishful thinking, but I'm adopted so I have no clue of my bio mother/female relatives) or more, even though I'm dreading my employer, but I lives in Los Angeles, CA, where there is anti tg discrimination laws(ie. AB 887(ie.Assembly Bill 887) and my local gov't agency has ordinances protecting transgender identity and presentation.

Forgot to answer the question you had about family jewels, mmmm, from your early/mid 20's you naturally have shrinkage, I would suppose, but my size came back, only thing that it really effected is my sperm count, taken in 2003(ie.banked my sperm), which was way below normal levels, to the point of being sterile. One thing that I read, after a year, your brain gets washed and possibly rewired in a female mode, and you start to have alot more female sensitivites. I noticed that my guys friends after 1996 and later, some would mention I was such a bitch emotionally, or I was touchy and very emotional.
