... and he's super grumpy! Because he never sleeps! I swear, one of these days I'm gonna dose his energy drink with some nyquil or something. He works nights, and I work days, so he should nap or something before I get home, or when I get home, or when the baby naps, or when his friends pester him incessantly that they'll watch the kid so he can sleep, but nooooooo, he's got video games to play and people to socialize with. Look, I get it, he's a social creature, and social creatures like sun to play in, but for the love of Pete, he hasn't slept more than 3 hours at a time in days because he wants to play instead of take care of himself. And then he gets super grumpy and fussy because he's tiiired. I could understand every few days pulling an all-nighter, but almost every single day?! Aaaargh!!!

So how do I convince him to flippin' sleep, or nap, or pass-out-on-the-floor-in-a-drug-induced-stupor.... ehrm, I mean, snooze on the floor... in a drug induced stupor. He has the time to do it, and multiple opportunities, he just doesn't want to because he wants to play with his buddies. And then on the rare days I have to work a 12 hour shift he complains that he has no time to sleep! It's driving me batty. Advice?
