Height Insoles?

I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy height insoles for relatively cheap? Also do they work, are they comfortable? Please tell me your experiences. Also is there any way I can purchase something like this in person?

I was trained as a podiatrist, though never actually practiced.

But I can say that, such things are likely to cause you problems in the muscles of your lower leg and foot, damage to the joints in your back and foot and raise you up by about 8mm.

Sorry, but being small is just a fact of life. You could learn Karate or another traditional Martial art.
