I still can't seem to post a you tube video..

  Ok no matter what video link i post, whether its in a thread I start or post a reply to, every time I post a video link, it just shows the text instead of a embeded video. What am I doing wrong?

Don't use the "share" link they provide.  Select the HTTP at the top of the window.
