http://www.livestrong.com/article/392240-foods-you-can-buy-that-boost-a-mans-testosterone/

,i cant start T so i wonder if that true and how much it can help i mean can it help me to have deeper voice or some changes on my face like make it look more masculin??

Sometimes, it's hard to find words to tell you how much you mean to me. A lot of times, I don't say anything at all. But I hope someday, you'll understand, having you is what I live for...(I Love you my Queen )

I eat ginger all the time, and I don't have a deep voice or much facial hair. Most foods that help increase T only do so in very small amounts. If you get together a list of a bunch of foods that help increase T (brocolli is one of them) and eat them every day, and work out and take supplements, you might see a tiny difference.... some of the natural transitoners say they notice a difference. If you can't get on T, I'd check out some of the natural transitioners blogs/vlogs and see what they're doing.

Many herbs and flavorings like that have LOTS of nutrients. Good for you, but I doubt will do anything for your T levels unless you eat at very high levels (that you shouldn't have). Ginger can also hurt your stomach.
