Hi,
You kinda seem to wanna do what I have been doing. I have not even got hormones yet (like you seem to) and I am not near crazy to go outside all dressed as a woman cause I would just look ridiculous. I have made some changes though.
First I tried full on makeup but that was not so useful, since it is quite obvious your wearing makeup when you are, to me at least. So I bought myself some BB cream which has some tint to it and goes really easy with a lot of skin types. You could probably find something similar, it is quite nice since it evens out your skin a lot. This is very useful for me since I have very pale skin but kinda blotchy in places.
I also have some girls jeans, but not tight or anything. They are boyfriend cut, IMO tight ones would not exactly be andro. Even so they are a lot nicer than guys ones.
Since it is winter over here I got myself a new jacket recently too which is really cool. Also it only really looks female if you zip it up so it is tight around you. If I feel a bit too self conscious I can just unzip it and it is a lot less obvious.
At first I was too scared to try all these at the same time and I would just do one or the other but over time I have gotten a lot more confident and now regularly go out with all that stuff on and got no negativity. Though this guy in the bookstore did look at me kinda funny 2 days ago

Wearing one piece of girls clothes with all the rest your regular crap, I doubt anyone will notice a thing. Unless you chose like a tutu or something.
PS
You look pretty good in that picture. You look kinda like a girl I know in some of your features. Hopefully your hormones will have some good effect!
