a few days ago the chapter on adolescence ended and some students came to know that genders are so different(others knew it already). i have searched but dont know how much is true that how much same i can become to a biological male.
so only u all experienced persons can tell me. straight from my textbook-
Changes at Puberty-boys generally have larger bones, more muscles, larger heart and lungs, broad shoulders, narrow hips, deeper voice, adam's apple.
sexual development-testes start producing semen, facial hair, hormones leading to maturation of gonads and XY chromosome.
so how much can a transman get?

Nice question.

We have to understand that what we call normal development is not very normal. What we do is examina alot of people abd define a normal distribution of characteristics. Obviously - just take guys for example- this will vary from guys who look very feminine and have very feminine characteristics to guys who look lie the incredible hulk. Half way most guys will fit in what society percieves male gender looks.

For females it is the same you have woman who are super gorgeous models a etc -the minority, girls who look like guys but are happy females and others half way between that society says is normal.

These  differences are due to genetics and to hormonal and environmental affects.

If 'we; take XX or XY people and block their puberty with drugs that prevent hormonal maturation they tend to stay gender neutral. If they then receive hormones that are typical of males or females they tend to develop the secondary sex characteristics of that gender.

Hence a 'female' blocked from  female puberty and given androgens will develop male secondary sexual characteristics.

Many (?) people working in the field of TG medicine would like this option available to them.

If a person goes through puberty as either male or female and then desires gender modification their secondary sexual features usually need to be removed so that the hormones and treatments they are given have a better physical reflection of who they identify as.

Surgically this tends to be easier for MtF as they can be castrated and neovagina built with relative ease; they tend to respond well to hormones and even if they need facial surgery they can pass well.

On the contrary FtM tend to have very good masculisation to male hormones and develop male features quickly and can pass very well with little facial surgery if any. Unfortunately they also tend to need breast removal and removal of the uterus etc. It is also, to my knowledge not possible to create a functional penis for FtM, which can seriously limit relationships.

On this as well MtF tend (again a distribution occurs) to be taller and physically more male looking than cis-females and FtM tend to be physically smaller than many cis-males.

This causes concern to some TG people but we have to remember that there is a large distribution in male and female physical sizes, and that is normal.

The most important thing is to accept yourself and be happy and not have expectations that are beyond belief.

Hugs
