Cant reply to PM?

I have been asked a question in a PM but cant seem to to find how to reply so I can answer?

You have to have 15 posts to send and reply to PMs.

"crazy" is correct, which is sort of crazy in it's own way!

After 15 posts, kountrygurl, you will be able to modify your profile (to add an avatar, or text), use the personal messaging system, and have access to some of the "hidden boards" in the "Just For Us" section of the site.
