How many of You have encountered problems with your skin condition after breast augmentation?

I am thinking about this surgery and the bit that quite scares me is that, I am quite flat, and I haven't got much skin in this area, so once the implant is there, the skin will be very very stretched, which can lead to stretch-marks. I've known one TS who had struggled with them... What are your thoughts and advice, and maybe experience?

I have seen quite a few breasts on ciswomen (rather up-close) and many of them have stretch marks on them even if they haven't had a baby. I believe that some of the implants can be slowly enlarged by injecting more solution into it allowing the skin to slowly stretch.

Has any of You used any cosmetics/products that would prepare the skin for this time?

My AM is about 6 years old and still looks fine. I myself waited until after srs to do the so that I would have given enough time on hormones. It would have been about 5 or 6 years on hormones by then. Maybe it's the shape of the implant or how the implant is done. I wanted tear drop silicone and back then my only option was Thailand, although I understand they are available in the us now.
