Unless you buy it from someone the peecock is only available online, same with ReelMagik and do forth. The only thing you might be able to buy in person is something like a Mr. Limpy. You can adapt these as STP devices, but making a hole with a hot screwdriver and putting tubing and a medicine spoon (or some other catching object-- nipple from a baby bottle sort of works). You might buy a Mr. Limpy or other soft packer at a sex toy shop. They aren't really sex toys, but I guess some people see them as novelties.
