Munchkin House Rule

Has anybody else played the card game Munchkin?  I just thought of a house-rule for the "Curse! Change Sex" card:



I propose the following house rule:  A pre-transition transgender munchkin gains a +5 bonus on their next combat due to LACK of distraction.

Maybe a permanent bonus would be better for this "curse"?  What do you all think?
