No I don't have a lot of money right now so not having lab work has kinda been a plus. Do you think that would help?

The first thing my doctor did was do bloodwork as a guage. Then I got bloodwork every 3 months. Your doc not doing bloodwork on you is poor medical wisdom

My advice is to stop going to wiki and other places for information and get yourself a doctor
