I dress comfortable; meaning because of my situation I wear sweat pants and tee shirts. When I moved into the nursing home I purged thinking that I could get past this. Of course I was oh so wrong. I had just split up with me girlfriend of 10 years, who very much accepted this side of me, but we had other issues that we just could not get passed.

So anyway back on topic; my father has not seen me fully dressed other than in pictures. But I have grown my hair long, and it has been highlighted. I do wear earrings. And I have been known to have my nails painted. Being in a wheelchair is not the best of places to be wearing skirts or dresses.  But I do need to work on my wardrobe and soon.

Hugs
