I was wondering if the clitoris could be made much larger through tissue expansion? Tissue expansion is used to stretch parts of the body through pressure that gets larger over time. It can make the body grow more skin. If it was to be done gradually I see no reason why the clitoris could not be expanded over time to that of a small penis. A silicon expander would be inserted and over a period of time would swell until the organ is the size desired. A tissue expander can be used to create normal sized breasts after a mastectomy so I see no reason it could not be used to create a penis. Maybe no one has though of this but why is this not also an option for bottom surgery? It seems to me like it is at least worth a try and might be used to make a good sized functional penis.

Not really. There's a lot of nerves in there and erectile tissue. Expenders are used for testicles.

I know nothing on the expanding subject but i do know that after you go through the clitoris release and your on T for about a year,it grows and expands on its own as if your hitting puberty as a male, this is why i plan to have the release THEN finish anything else after i know i have grown my full possible length. But there are *so i read* surgery's you can have that allows to gain more mass and length tho im assuming this is a seperate surgery aside from everything else, how they do it i have no idea but i heard some trans men going as far as 8 inchs in length, one guy asked for 11 O_O and got it too!! of course he later had it reduced but hey.never know what they will come up with

Everything would stretch though any sort of tissue including erectile tissue can stretch. We can even stretch bones. I saw an experimental surgery where they stretched skin on a child's forehead over months so they could remove a large birthmark. Just because it has never been done does not mean it could not be done. I would give it a try. I don't see why it has never at least been tried. It could work but we would never know until it has been tried. Every procedure was once experimental. Also what are these mass producing surgeries I have only heard of meta and phallo.

Phalloplasty gives you length and girth.

Well i know of many things and you can even find a full explanation of a full surgery online and everything they can do.there is many things people would like to see used and done but i know just doing the release is a big chance and takes someone with firm hands or it could ruin everything.i mean im all for any expanding,IF they perfect it and can have at least a some what of a low risk factor *of course there is always risks but i mean lower risks*

I'd imagine that if it were possible, they'd already be doing it on cis men.
And i think chris is talking about phallo and just doesnt know the name
