Transition Radio is talk show for transgenders — by transgenders — on a mission to educate the world on transgender topics, create awareness of our growing existence in society, and helping those who struggle with identifying as transgender as well as their loved ones.
Launched in September 2012 by host Mark Angelo, and hostess Jessica Lynn Cummings, the talk show duo prides their radiocast as a prominent media source to support all those who are transgender, and their allies both in and beyond the LGBT community.
