New Boobies!

Hey cool peeps.

I recently got me some new "enhanced" boobies the other day. 

And lemme say, I do enjoy using them to get my womanly way!

If any of you are considering getting breast augmentation, I would say go for it!

It has definitely made my womanhood a lot more enjoyable.

When I was (sadly to say) still a guy in physical form, at the age of 20, The same year I started HRT, I had no idea, what actually took place when I saw a woman with nice breasts. I figured well, ok ...a chick with nice breasts. Gawk, then go about my business. Now it so much more ......I guess PERSONAL now. I can see for myself first hand, what its like to be that woman with nice breasts. If that makes sense. And I absolutely love it!


Being a woman is flippin awsome!

I shoulda just did the prices seperately.

My 1st Breast Augmentation (5/12/06) was $5,161.00 = 440cc's o/f 460cc Saline = 36C.


My 2nd Breast Augmentation (5/15/07) was $4,335.00 = 800cc Silicone = 36DD / Small E


And I guess with some pocket change for meds and what not was around that price tag.


I don't know anyone whom paid $13k merely on breasts alone!

800cc implants?!?

You're putting me on, girl.

Sub-muscular or sub-glandular placement [mine]?

I'm a definite "D" now, but growth rate and magnitude may well put me into a "DD" range, eventually.

Mine cost $5300, 440 textured, silicone gel round implants, sub-glandular placement. I found the procedure painless.

My surgeon had told me to the effect that there was risk of nerve damage for a sub-muscular placement of [I think] 500cc implants.

Please tell me that yours were not sub-muscular placement.

800cc Silicone Inamed High Profile Implants.

They were placed submuscular (Unders). As I did my research, which was 2 years worth...... and ever on going, I never read anything about nerve damage that coincided with the route I was going. After It was all said and done, We proceed as we did the first time, and went with under the mucle. Doing my reasearch over the years, I found that placing the implant underneath the mucle , reduced the risk of bottoming out, of such a large implant. And later my PS concoured, and there you have it.

460cc was just way to small for me. I am 6'0, and with the 460's, they barely got me to a C cup, I figured they would get me a lot more cup size for having just a 32' ribcage. Guess not. I really wanted large breasts, And since he did such and outstanding job the first time, and me being the good girl I am, waiting a FULL year before the next Aug, He saw no reason why I couldnt get large DD I wanted. So We both agreed on 800cc. I think at most, that put me at Very Full D, maybe medium DD after dropping & fluffing and expansion goes on. If these do not please me, I will go under one final time and get the 1000cc Silicone models from Mentor.

Once I heal, I will try to get some pics made of the upgrades.

So I guess we will see where they go in a year..lol ( No pun intended ) >

Indeed.

I'm 6'0" as well and I too, went with high profile implants, 440cc.

Perhaps given the pectoral muscle development and the substantial growth [which continues unabated], this level of augmentation put me into a solid "D" range.

800cc sub-muscular; I just cannot fathom that. I'm not saying by any means that I disbelieve you, but it seems staggering to me.

How was the post-op pain?

Becuase it was my 2nd time around, The Post-Op Pain was virtually non exsistant! My wife had to chain me to the bed, cuz she felt I would over exert myself!

It was unbelivable. I mean, only a couple hours after, to let the anesthesia wear off, and I was umm, hoppin around eating burgers and fries.


And I"m sure next BA it will be just the same!

I had wanted to go with 460cc implants, but my surgeon insisted upon the textured gel implant, which was available in 440cc and then 500cc, which he recommended against.

It was tempting to go with the 500cc implants for a brief moment, but I deferred to his wisdom and experience.

Mine are Inamed, as well.

I had brought a 36D bra with me to surgery and this proved to be quite inadequate. I am now wearing a 38D bra.

My first set were Inamed style# 163, 440cc o/f to 460cc, Textured, ANATOMICAL.

ME and my PS discussed Texured for a brief moment. I prolly figured he would want to go with a texured implant this time too, But he told me no, texuring would cuase too much traction rippling. I believed him, and said ok and wound up getting ROUND this time, SMOOTH silicone Gummi bears.

I really wish I would have gotten ROUND first time up, But I was so concerned about looking natural....lol So hence the anatomicals.

HE let me kkep my old pair after he surgery. His side kick cleaned them up nicely for me and put them in a box!


I LOVE his staff. They have ALWAYS treated me with respect. I have to send them flowers or something.

1. I am located in the wonderfully sinful city of Las Vegas, Nevada.   

My Plastic Surgeon's name is Dr. Stephen W. Gordon. ( He has an article in the NEW BEAUTY magazine, the 2nd issue I think. )

2. My wife is so hella supportive of me. She bought my last 2 sets of breast! She buys all my hormones for me. She only asked on thing out of tthe entire 5 years before I changed over, That I marry her as a guy, to have on the marriage certificate. After that, she said she would help me become the person that I need to be. She told me one thing that made me realize, that I was with the right person for the rest of my years. she told me that.."Love is Unconditional" Weather I be man or woman, She would love me no less. And she has done just that. It makes me wanna cry even to think about that. A little while ago she got rid of every guy, garment I  had, and told me when we go out, it was essential , that I dress appropriately! She has so gotten use to the idea of being lesbian now. Basically, I would be nothing without her.

3. What made decide to go bigger was more or less boobie greed....lol

   Got tired of the bimbos in their Mercedes' with bigger boobs than me. Just wanted to stay in the competition. This is Las Vegas ya know, Bimboville, I gotta stay ahead of the game.

I had a rough day at the passport office (I will post about those jerks later) but, honey, boobs don't make you a woman and almost every woman I know does not enjoy the type of attention you describe (horns honking)

I guess that at one time I craved that kind of attention too, my CFM boots and a mini-skirt will stop traffic anywhere in the world so I guess you are entitled, just don't fool yourself into thinking that this is the essence of womyninity.
Anyway, sorry for peeing on your Wheaties, but the novelty wears off and soon you will find being a woman is just being a woman.

I must step in here and play devil's advocate for a moment. Although breast implants look great with clothes on, more often then not they don't look so good on their own. There is often a very distinct look and feel to breast implants. a person can loose much if not all sensitivity in the nipples as well. The big clincher to why this chick will always be o'natural, implants are only good for 12 - 15 years and then either need to be removed or replaced. In either case it is more time under a knife and more money just for boobs. It would be a lot less expensive and more fulfilling for women to simply accept and love their bodies instead.

To answer your question, I was in year 4, during transition, when I got my first Breast Augmentation, And I am in Year 5, for this recent Augmentation. And will be in year 6 for the final and upcoming Augementation.( Upgrading to 1000cc's...and thats it...no more....REALLY )

Most of you provide a very valid point when comes to the aspect of womanhood.

Ell Made a very correct statment is saying that we are trying to escape from our previous genders to the correct and present one.

And thats exactly what I am doin now. I am living my life to the absolute fullest as a woman.

You all have interpretations on how and why you should live life as a woman the way you do. I am merely describing how I live MY life as a woman.

I do not think , Big boobs and short skirt are the concepts of being a woman. Because we all know that is not the case. The case at hand, is how one presents herself when it comes the aspect of being female. For me, its not about clothes or material things, It the ENITRE package. And for ME, the novelty of being a woman will NEVER wear off. I will thourghly enjoy being a woman for the rest of my days. And you didn't pee in my wheaties sweety.

I have a Large House,

I have Large Breasts,

I have a Mercedes-Benz,

I have a wife for which whom loves and supports me very much.

And most importatly, I have my womanhood. ( And no one will ever be able to take that away ....NO ONE )


If you think for a second, I wont use those in the aspect of my womanhood, you are dead wrong. Why, simply becuase I have that option to do so as a woman.

You speak with such wisdom. I highly praise you for that., but you must understand, MOST women, genetic or otherwise , do not think about things like, cause and effect.
For example you mentioned breast implants. 12 - 15 yrs shelf life, get'em replaced, more money, more time under the knife. Some women dont care about that, They are in a position for which that does not effect them. I will not lie, I am one of those women, So what...12 - 15 yrs, down the road, get'em replaced. Big whoop. Whats a few thousand dollars..NOT A THING. The modern women as you can tell by the media and self observations, no longer relies on womanhood alone, For most women now a days, It takes much more than womanhood alone to stay in the game.

You are a fortunate woman. it is clear to see. I am not asking for anything more then "G rated" but could post a picture of what your new breasts look like? Fully clothed is just fine. I don't have a clear idea what 800mgs looks like.
