I'm still having to go around in guy mode most of my day. But my problem is my breast are growing faster than I anticipated. Which is not a bad thing! But I think people are starting to notice or maybe I'm just being paranoid. So my question is how do make breast less noticeable?

Compression t-shirts work for me. Underarmor in a size or two down...  Woks great for me for work

I bought a sports bra for that, it works for me at least.
Yeah I'm trying to figure out how to wear a sport bra to the gym without people noticing.

That's a good idea! I actually got one around here somewhere.

I don't think binding is a good idea, you can cause permanent damage.

Eat. A lot.

Nobody will suspect a thing if you look like you're fat, not female. And (at least from my experience) if you lose the weight afterwards - even if you keep the breasts - they still don't know/notice what's going on.

More seriously? Try moving up a size in shirts. Wrinkles, bagginess, etc. hide breast bumps admirably.
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

Unless you skip the shower/locker room even a loose floppy tee shirt won't help in the gym.

In other places a lot depends on what you wear. Looser fitting tops for sure. In my job I wear dress shirts. Thanks to my odd body shape to start with they always had to be a loose fitting. I am a ood A cup and have no prob. I also use a shaper cami, though it is not needed to hide anything. Mostly to cut down on the jiggling when I run up and down the stairs a hundred times a day

New Balance work out T with built in shelf bra - 1-2 sizes down - white.  Same idea as the under armor.  Looks like a men's short sleeve T.  The shelf bra adds a little compression as well as some support if needed.  Then, a shirt outside that is one size larger then needed.  I have a couple other ->-bleeped-<-s of the same design but the fabric on the New Balance ones allows the outer shirt to slide better so it looks more natural.  There are a couple other brands that have the same slippery fabric.  Never tried the under armor but that should work too.

When I go to the gym, I wear a black New Balance with a thick black Shirt into the gym and I don't shower.  I just go home and shower.  Change pants, socks and shoes.  I do not do jumping/running at the gym just elliptical and some high rep low weight stuff.

Working as a man as well.....
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

I recommend compression tank tops rather than t-shirts, worked better for me, little bit more breathable under the arms.

I was wearing a compression tank for nearly a full year before I went full time and got through all seasons with it.

Barely Breezies is the brand I used to get, they have a few different firmness options and are priced pretty cheap in comparison to other brands.

Also be careful of getting the really tight compression tops that are similar in strength to binding, they are pretty common for FtM's, the reason I say be careful is because they can be way too tight for developing breast buds, you gotta take care of them, not squashing them too much, especially not in the early stages - they are fragile this early on! plus it hurts like all hell.

I would highly recommend not binding. I hear that breasts look rather unnatural after doing so. honestly, I'd just say wear baggy clothing, or multiple layers. That worked for me for quite some time.

I'd love to! But all my bras make my breast look bigger.

Yeah I don't think Ill try binding for the same reason I won't wear a corset. It sounds like torture

Thanks I'll have to check that out.

I don't know if I could go without running. Even though I'm starting to think running a 6 minute mile is in my past now. But I can't give up running . Even it is at a slower pace. I do like doing the elliptical too. I've been staying away from upper body work since starting my transition.

This.

Button downs with undershirts is all I wear in boy mode and it seems to cover well enough

Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

The "fat strategy" can backfire.  I have had noticeable gynecomastia since I was a young teen.  I gained weight to help cover it up.  I had my first heart attack in my 40's, and heart surgeries in my 50s.  Just saying, there are side effects from a lifetime of too much weight.

For the OP, try layering.  Shirts and sweaters, or vests, or coats.

Ya, but I look like a 16 year old kid.  :P
That's not a bad thing. I wish I could look 16 again!

Button down shirts with pockets, t-shirt and a sports bra work well and most of the time cell phone is in the front pocket, it helps break things up.  Champion makes some nice bras that blend well under T-shirts. AS for the gym I used to double t-shirt and  a sports bra, just told everyone I was a heavy sweater... Worked for a while but the 38Ds have kept me out of the gym for the last 6 months. Gynocamastia can be a blessing in somecases but wen you have to function day time in Guy-mode can make things challenging.

I go to work in boy mode. I honestly don't care if the girls are visible. I normally just wear a sports bra under my button-up shirt.

If nobody asks, I don't tell. If somebody asks, I tell them........Don't know, nobody has asked or said anything.

Loose clothing is good.  I've always worn looser stuff anyway so what little I have isn't particularly noticeable.
