Injection question.

Do you girls count the amount injected, meaning to which line do you pull back too..

From this line?


Or this line?


My mom has been a nurse for maybe around 20 something years..
And she told me you always count medicine from the red line(first image.)

But my girlfriend's mom argues it's from the orange line...

What is it ladies?
Is estradiol different than t when it comes to counting the amount?
Or is her mom in the ditch?

Listen to your mom.  I don't inject myself, but everything I've ever seen on it counts it from the end ring.

Mine comes in xx mL vials. The plunger reads right at xx mL using the Red Line , otherwise known as the top ring, with the syringe pointed up and the all the air pushed out up to the leur lock connector.
