How long does it take for a binder to break in?

I just got my first binder. It's the most troublesome thing, I swear.

It took like a half a hour of trial and error to get it on, and even though I took it off hours ago my arms hurt terribly.

The binder fits me so it's not that. It's just hard to get on. People keep on saying it'll get better in a few weeks.. Can you make it quicker though?

I've found that after putting it on 2-3 times, I get a hang of it. I think its less that it loosens, more that you get used to putting it on, like you figure out the most optimal way of doing it. Ive needed help the first couple of times I put on my mansculpt binder, but you get used to it.

I'd say a week at most. It doesn't take too long.

It takes about a week for it to get easier .... I wear mine several days in a row before I wash them.

Like everyone else said, I'd say about a week, depending on how often you're wearing it. Mine took a bit longer, but I wasn't binding every day at the time.

It really depends. I got mine about a week ago, and have worn it less than 8 hours a day for 4 days (I worry about the injuries I have read occurred when worn for long durations). It took about two of those days for me to break in a Double Panel Compression Shirt Binder from Underworks that I got for my double D's. It just depends on where you got it, what you got, duration of wear, and sizing (if you got a size smaller for better compression or your regular size). I hope this helps.
