Emisil offers play options since their erect penis' have flex rods in them, and I recently sent them an email inquiring about whether they intended to make an STP packer, or if they would be willing to put a hold through from front to back on custom order flaccid to make them STP friendly (so you just have to add your tubing and your good to go). Just waiting to hear back from them. I personally dislike the ReelMagik, they look fake to me and there's too much in the way of folds about the balls... The over-all look just doesn't fly with me, especially not at their prices.
But as the others have said, there are cheap packers and stp packers (60-100$)and then there are the prosthetic, which are expensive (Tyron: $1400, ReelMagik $600, Emisil $300-$400, Sinthetics, $100-$150, price is dependent on whether you go for single density or 'like real' density.) If I recall right Seb ordered from Sinthetics and Emisil, so you should see what his review is before you make a decision I think, since these both appear to be very beautiful products, for half the cost of a reelmagik.
